Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT, London) will be processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped from our UK-based warehouse: FYNK LTD, 21-23 Ripple Road, Barking, IG11 7NN, United Kingdom.
Delivery Options, Prices & Estimated Timeframes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
- United Kingdom, Free Standard (orders over £24.99): 2 to 3 business days, Free.
- United Kingdom, Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days, £4.99.
- United Kingdom, Free Royal Mail 1st Class / DPD (orders over £50): 1 to 2 business days, Free.
- European Union, Express International: 3 to 7 business days, £11.99.
- International, Standard International: 5 to 10 business days, £13.99.
- USA & Canada, Express International: 5 to 7 business days, £19.99.
UK Deliveries
We primarily use Royal Mail for UK orders. While estimated delivery times are accurate in most cases, they are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, high-demand periods, or local disruptions. You can track your parcel via Royal Mail's Track Your Item service.
DPD Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
For faster service, we also offer DPD delivery, which includes delivery Monday to Friday and a signature required upon delivery.
DPD delivery is not available for the following UK postcodes: AB, BT, DD8-10, FK8, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-41, TR20-25, ZE. Customers in these areas will receive delivery via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.
International Orders
We proudly ship to multiple countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and most EU countries.
Customs & duties: for EU customers we cover all VAT, duties and import fees, so there are no extra charges at the border. For non-EU customers, import taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility, so please check with your local customs authority. International parcels may be subject to security checks and customs delays.
